Brewery 33 (AKA Br3w3ry)
Located just outside of Logan, Ohio on U.S. Route 33 is Br3w3ry, home of multiple award winning brews including the ever popular Mingo Mango Gose. My personal favorite is the Rock House Red. Enjoy some drinks at their 27,000 square-foot outdoor patio or grab some beer to take back to camp. They don’t have a restaurant and the snack selection is limited, but they are kid and dog friendly.
This cool micro brewery is built on a 23-acre horse farm and focuses on Belgian-style Farmhouse Ales. Rockmill Brewery also offers a selection of wood-fired pizzas and grilled sandwiches. The taphouse is on the smaller side, so I would highly recommend reserving your table to ensure a spot.
Buckeye Lake Brewery
Buckeye Lake is a great option for pickup some locally brewed beers to take back to camp. Buckeye Lake offers 32-ounce Crowlers or 64-ounce Growlers at low price points. Their website has the functionality to order ahead for easier pickup options.
Jackie O’s Pub & Brewery
Jackie O’s is a little longer distance away than the other breweries listed here but well worth the trip for those who make it. Located in Athens, Ohio near Ohio University, Jackie O’s offers a great selection of beers in a fun atmosphere. Food options are centered around a selection of pizzas and snacks.
Little Fish Brewing
Little Fish Brewing is an Athens based brewery that focuses on producing the best beers possible while sourcing all ingredients locally and running a sustainable facility that runs off of solar power. If brewing beer in a sustainable way using locally sourced ingredients gives you the perception their beer might be inferior, beware Little Fish Brewing has the highest ratings on Untappd than any other location on this list.
